I was born and raised in Bucks County.   In 2004 I moved to the Lehigh Valley and  bought my first house.   During the transaction I fell in love with the process.   I got into Real Estate the following year.

I spent the next few years buying and renovating investment properties.     At the time I started working with first time home buyers  helping  investors grow their portfolio.

In 2019 I felt like it was time to start the next chapter of my career and  acquire my brokers license and  start a brokerage.

Greg Davis is the current owner and operator of GSD Renovations, LLC. A large component of his
company is purchasing, renovating and re-selling homes. A year after GSD was established, Greg decided
that attaining his real estate license would be extremely beneficial, both on the business end and
financially.
With his remodeling background, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to the various structure
details that are important when buying and/or selling a home. These include inspection requirements,
building & township regulations, blueprints and building codes. Greg currently owns rental units nearby
so is familiar with the rental/investment side of the industry as well.
Greg lives in Hellertown and grew up only a few miles away, so is quite familiar with the area. Outside
of renovations and assisting others with the sale/purchase of their home; he enjoys hunting, fishing and
spending time with his family.

Christopher Fritchman started off his career in elementary education. He passionately taught fourth and fifth grade for seven years. While teaching, he decidedly to also pursue a career in real estate. After a few years of doing both, Christopher made a hard decision to leave teaching and do real estate full time. It has been a wonderful journey thus far for him. He has been helping his clients buy and sell homes in the Lehigh Valley for over seven years. Then in 2020, Christopher made the decision to join House and Land Real Estate. His favorite part is to help families navigate through the buying or selling process so that they can happily start the next chapter of their lives.

Amy Harris grew up in rural Williams Township outside of Hellertown, Pennsylvania.  After completing Wilson Area High School in 2001, she was accepted into Moravian College. In May of 2005, she graduated with her B.A. in Sociology and Criminal Justice. She began to work
as a Therapeutic Staff Support at Valley Youth House in Easton, PA and although it was rewarding, she decided it was time to become part of her family’s company. In December of 2005, Amy joined the Ashley Development team where she became the Organizational Director
of Commercial and Residential Leasing. In December of 2016, Amy and her husband, Mark, welcomed a little girl and she took the time necessary to embrace staying home to raise her daughter. In 2020, she decided it was time to get back into the residential world of leasing and sales and has now joined the team at House & Land Real Estate to balance her time and love of real estate and family.

While in college, I joined the military and became a Military Police officer in the Army Reserves. During this time I served consecutive deployments to Kosovo and Iraq which lasted nearly 2 years.

After returning from overseas, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Science and Education and graduated from East Stroudsburg University. 

While I raised my family, I was a substitute teacher at Northampton Area School District and Saucon Valley School district where I also designed and wrote the Elementary School digital newsletter. I currently serve my community as a volunteer and Vice President of the Saucon Valley Soccer League.

In 2018, I changed career paths and became a Real Estate agent. I continue my path of serving others by assisting them through the home selling and buying processes.

From helping a person or family buy their first home to selling a home that a couple raised their family in, my passion is being able to help others move into the next chapter of their life.
