Before beginning his career in real estate, Chris Fritchman spent seven years as an elementary school teacher, teaching fourth and fifth grade. While still teaching, he began working in real estate and eventually made the decision to pursue it full time.
Chris has now spent years helping buyers and sellers throughout the Lehigh Valley and joined House & Land Real Estate in 2020. His background in education continues to influence the way he works today—communicating clearly, helping clients understand the process and taking the time to answer questions along the way.
For Chris, one of the most rewarding parts of real estate is helping individuals and families navigate a move and confidently begin their next chapter.
