Greg Davis brings a hands-on perspective to real estate through years of experience purchasing, renovating and reselling homes. As the owner and operator of GSD Renovations, LLC, Greg has firsthand knowledge of the structural details, inspection considerations and other factors that can make a difference when buying or selling a home.
His experience also includes owning rental properties, giving him practical knowledge of the investment side of real estate. A Hellertown resident who grew up just a few miles away, Greg has deep roots in the Saucon Valley and combines his knowledge of homes with a strong familiarity with the communities he serves.

A New Chapter, Close to Home
Outside of real estate, Greg is the owner of Saucon True Value, where he enjoys being part of a local business that serves the community and helps people tackle projects around their homes. As he focuses on this new chapter, Greg is putting GSD Renovations on hold to dedicate more of his time to running True Value.
When he’s not working, Greg enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two daughters. Whether he’s outdoors or simply enjoying time with family, he values staying connected to the people and community around him.
