Steve has been working in real estate since 2005, helping buyers, sellers and investors throughout the Lehigh Valley and Bucks County. Over the years, he has also bought and renovated investment properties, giving him firsthand experience with the decisions his clients face.
In 2022, Steve earned his broker's license and partnered with Justin Kline to build House & Land Real Estate. His approach is straightforward: give clients clear information, explain their options and let them make decisions at their own pace. With two decades of experience, there aren't many situations he hasn't encountered—but he still believes there's always something new to learn.

When Steve isn’t working with clients, you’ll usually find him spending time with his wife and two kids, trying a local restaurant, making homemade pizza, following Philly sports or playing ball hockey.
Steve has played ball hockey for 16 years and currently plays at Inline 309 on a team proudly named House & Land.
He also enjoys staying involved locally, including supporting the Art Zone at the Saucon Valley Farmers Market. Whether it’s hockey, community events or time with his family, Steve enjoys being part of the communities he calls home.
